Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 7, 2026

The short version: KexBG processes your images entirely in your browser. Nothing you upload is ever sent to our servers, stored, or seen by anyone — because it never leaves your device in the first place.

Your images

• Background removal runs locally on your device using a WebAssembly AI model. Your photos are never uploaded to KEXQO or any third party.
• We have no servers that receive, store, or process your images — there is nothing to leak, sell, or subpoena.
• The AI model files (~80 MB) are downloaded once from the model host and cached in your browser; no image data is sent back in return.

What we do collect

• Theme preference: your dark/light mode choice is saved in your browser's localStorage only. It never leaves your device.
• Analytics (optional): this site includes Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage (page views, country-level geography). It does not receive your images or file names. The site owner can disable it at any time.
• Advertising: ad slots on this site are placeholders for Google AdSense. If enabled by the site owner, Google may use cookies to serve personalized ads per Google's advertising policy.

Children

KexBG is a general-purpose utility with no accounts and no data collection from images. It is safe for all ages to use.
